VICI is a core part of my portfolio. Love the fact that these properties cannot be replicated elsewhere, and the very long leasing terms.
Very high barrier to entry in that space. VICI is sitting in a great spot.

I agree with the first two but i’m not crazy about avalon bay.

@Mark Roussin, CPA I think it would be ADC. I believe that apartment rents are going to start dropping. Like yourself, I hold a lot of REITs . I don’t think avalon bay is a bad company I just think there are better out there
Why not Crown Castle instead of AMT? The DivYield would be much higher…..
I do like CCI as well, both solid REITs.
