Zscaler (NASDAQ:ZS) shares fell 6% in extended trading on Tuesday after the cybersecurity company reported fiscal fourth-quarter results that topped expectations, but its outlook for fiscal 2025 fell short of expectations.
Looking to fiscal 2025, Zscaler expects to earn between $2.81 and $2.87 per share on an adjusted basis, with the mid-point of $2.84 well below the $3.36 per estimate. Sales are forecast to be between $2.6B and $2.62B, with the midpoint of $2.61 below the $2.63B estimate.
For the period ending July 31, Zscaler said it earned an adjusted $0.88 per share on $592.9M in revenue, up 30% year-over-year. Calculated billings grew 27% year-over-year to $910.8M during the period.
A consensus of analysts expected the company to earn an adjusted $0.69 per share on $567.61M in revenue during its fiscal fourth quarter.
