ProQR Therapeutics (NASDAQ:PRQR) priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 18M ordinary shares at a public offering price of $3.50 per share.
Total gross proceeds are expected to be $63M.
Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.7M
