- DSS (NYSE:DSS) said on Monday it has appointed Jason Grady as its interim CEO effective 23rd August.
- Grady has previously served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.
- Grady will succeed Frank D. Heuszel who is leaving DSS to take up a leadership role within one of its former subsidiaries.
