By placing 42 lines for recording per page as well as dedicating one side of the leaf to record scratch notes, I feel that your time can be used best focusing on candlesticks. The columns are arranged by what I feel is the most important information as it needs to be written down. ‘Day trading’ can seem a race at times to record the immediate numbers, so I have placed the ‘time’ entry near the end of each trade; before the final math for ‘subtotaling’ and ‘totaling’ your daily actions. This formula has helped me much. I have omitted the ‘trading fees’ column’ as you can add it in yourself, or disregard and allow your trading fees to offset your taxes per your style. I hope this logbook makes your trading easier. remember, always use a stop-loss, but be aware of industrial manipulation. I always keep mine two supports below until I feel the need to ‘take profit’.
